Meet Judi Soderstrom....

Background and Experience

Judi Soderstrom is a life-long Oregon resident.  Born in Portland, she moved to Eugene in 1990 to pursue doctoral studies in French at the University of Oregon.  After many years of classroom teaching, Judi embarked upon a career change and, since 1994, has worked as a full-time real estate professional, specializing in the sales and marking of homes throughout Lane County.

Professional Philosophy

Demonstrating a deep commitment to her clients, Judi views each individual, each property and each transaction as unique and personalizes her service accordingly.  She realizes the importance of communication and places her own accessibility and quick response to problems high on her list of priorities.  Judi's clients come to her primarily through referrals from former, satisfied customers, most of whom remain in contact with her throughout the years.

A love for research translates into Judi's commitment to stay current on all phases of real estate, including market trends, economic conditions, new developments in home finance, the most recent innovations in building materials and processes and the latest relevant decisions in the legal arena.

When not busy with clients, home inspectors, lenders, escrow agents and the never-ending pile of paperwork, Judi enjoys her children, grandchildren, her two cats (Rags and Riches), time spent at her Oregon coast vacation home, hiking, entertaining and traveling, whether it be exploring the corners of her native Oregon or discovering the wonders of far-away lands.  Each new client brings into her life an opportunity for professional growth as well as new additions to her ever-increasing list of "interests."  Judi looks forward to counting you among her valued clientele.
